Lead the Way in Insurance Recruitment as a Senior Technology & Transformation Consultant. Up to £75K Base + Up to 50% Commission | Hybrid: 3 Days in City Office, 2 Days Remote.
Work with a top-tier executive search firm to launch a new Insurance desk. With over 30 years of industry success, a 15-person team and a brand-new City of London office opening in summer 2025, this is a genuine opportunity to build something of your own with autonomy and support.

Who We’re Looking For:
- You’re an experienced 360 recruiter who understands the Insurance and Technology market and wants to grow something credible.
- 5+ years in recruitment, ideally within Insurance or Financial Services (Tech-focused).
- Proven biller with success in winning and growing client relationships.
- Comfortable aiming for £250K+ in billings, with year-one ramp-up support.
- Confident placing roles in the £75K–£150K perm or £500–£1,000/day contract space.
- A stable, well-considered track record.

- You’ll partner with insurers driving digital transformation, placing roles such as: Head of Technology, CIO, CTO, Data Architect, Solutions Architect, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Application Support, Application Development.
