Up to £75K Base + Up to 50% Commission | Hybrid: 3 Days in City Office, 2 Days Remote

I\’m hiring for a leading executive recruitment firm looking to grow their Aviation desk. With a City of London office opening in summer 2025, a restructured leadership team and a key Aviation client already placing contractors across Europe, this role offers a strong platform to build a thriving practice.

Who We\’re Looking For

You\’re a confident recruiter who knows how to grow a desk and leverage relationships within the Aviation or Tech sectors.

• 5+ years of 360 experience in Aviation, Travel or Technology recruitment
• Strong business developer with account expansion skills
• Comfortable aiming for £250K+ in billings, with ramp-up support
• Experience placing £75K–£150K perm or £500–£1,000/day contract roles
• A consistent, credible track record

• Technical Architect, Solutions Architect
