Overview
A PE-backed client is seeking an Interim CTO to lead a £20m ERP transformation. Day rate £1,200. Six-month mandate. This business often receives similar requests and does not yet have a dedicated tech specialist. They have spent 15 years placing CFOs and Finance Directors, with 85+ active C-suite clients and 12 PE houses. Strong board-level relationships. They need someone to build and own their senior interim tech practice, including Interim CTOs, Heads of Data, and Cyber Security Directors.
The role:
- Originate and deliver senior interim tech mandates
- Convert existing finance relationships into tech work
- Full autonomy over your market
- Scope to build a team as it scales
The package:
- £70-80k base (flexible for the right person)
- Year 1: 10 percent commission on all revenue, no thresholds
- Year 2+: up to 30 percent for top performers
- Equity available for people who build something meaningful
