You do need agency recruitment experience, commercial ability and the ambition to become known within a valuable specialist market.
You will join an established five-person Wealth Management recruitment team in Manchester. The desk already has live vacancies and active client relationships, so you will have genuine work to pick up while developing your own portfolio.

- Another specialist 360 recruitment market.
They are most interested in recruiters with roughly two to four years of experience. Someone earlier in their career could also be considered if they have credible 360 exposure and clear commercial ability.
You should have some stability behind you and evidence that you can build relationships, manage a recruitment process and contribute commercially.
This could suit someone who is doing reasonably well but feels their current desk is too broad, too limited or unlikely to take them where they want to go.
