Delivery is treated as a core revenue function. The people running the business understand what good delivery looks like and what it’s worth.

They’ve grown to £5m+ turnover with a team of seven and they’re busy. There are live roles, repeat clients and real demand already there.

You won’t be starting from zero. But you will be expected to get up to speed quickly and contribute.

You’ll run full delivery across software, cloud, data, cyber and digital roles.

This will suit someone who is:

• Comfortable working at pace
• Structured in how they run process
• Commercially aware, even if delivery is their main strength
