The opportunity to build a specialist market within a business already generating c.£9m turnover with more than 80 contractors deployed across live client programmes.

This is an established technology recruitment business with the infrastructure, tools and client relationships already in place. What they're looking for is someone with the drive, urgency and commercial instinct to build a specialist market within the wider technology space. That could be Data Engineering, AI, Software Engineering, Cloud, Digital Transformation or another area where you can see genuine demand ahead of the market. This is not a warm desk. It's an opportunity to build one.

Who this suits:

  • You're probably already working in recruitment.
  • Maybe you're a successful 360 recruiter looking for more room to build your own market.
  • Maybe you're a 180 recruiter who enjoys the commercial side and wants to develop further.
  • Maybe you're early in your recruitment career and have realised sales and business development are where you're strongest, and you're looking for a bigger opportunity than your current environment can offer.

Technology recruitment experience would be advantageous. Contract recruitment experience would be useful. Neither is essential if you can demonstrate commercial instinct, urgency and the ability to build relationships and create opportunities from scratch.

If you're looking for the chance to build something with genuine upside, let's talk. Applications will only be considered if you have recruitment agency experience and the right to live and work in the UK with a good command of the English language.
