Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant Technology Recruitment Leeds (Hybrid)

Established technology recruitment business with c.£9m turnover and 80+ contractors deployed across long-term client programmes. Strong client relationships, a proven contract infrastructure and a full tech stack already in place, including LinkedIn Recruiter, SourceBreaker, Vincere and Claude.

What isn’t in place is the person to build and own a specialist desk within the wider technology market. That’s the role. You could focus on Data Engineering, AI, Software Engineering, Cloud or another area where you see commercial opportunity. Contract, permanent or a blend. Your call.
