This team works with the people building the future of trading: algorithmic power traders, software engineers working on real-time trading systems and quant developers. It’s niche. It’s high-value. You’ll speak to people in energy trading and advanced tech: coders, traders, data scientists. You’ll understand who’s hiring, what they need and how to match the right person. You’ll be on the phone and online building real relationships. Not smashing switchboards or pushing a script.
