Executive Search Recruiter | Global Consumer Practice Didsbury, Manchester | Office-based, five days per week £40,000 to £45,000 basic + commission

You'll work on retained international mandates across retail, FMCG and consumer products, supporting senior leadership hires in the UK and globally. You'll learn from an experienced search team, build genuine market expertise and have a clear path towards becoming an executive search consultant. This is not contingent recruitment. There is no CV race. The work is research-led. Market mapping, senior candidate engagement and shortlist delivery. Genuine conversations with people who are rarely active in the market.
