Manchester (Build with backing) ÂŁ50k-ÂŁ60k base + up to 35% commission Hybrid (2/3 days in the office but can do more if preferred)
Most “build” roles mean starting from zero. This doesn’t. You’d be building Manchester but with an established finance brand, existing client relationships and a leadership team behind you. Not a blank page.
