The role involves running your own desk across software, cloud, data, and digital. There are existing client relationships you'll have access to, but the expectation is that you build alongside that - not rely on it. You can win new clients, grow accounts properly, and manage the full process without needing direction.

The environment consists of a small team with senior people. There are no heavy KPIs, no micromanagement, and no one looking over your shoulder counting calls. You're trusted to raise the level, not just maintain it.
