Bakery Store Manager – Long Ashton

Main Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective functioning
– Manage and lead a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support
– Implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
– Create and maintain visual merchandising displays to enhance the store\’s appeal
– Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner
– Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
– Implement store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in retail management is preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Organizational skills to effectively manage inventory, schedules, and store operations
– Ability to effectively manage a diverse team and foster a positive work environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
