Key Responsibilities

  • Learn how to support the Workshop Manager with daily planning and workshop administration.
  • Assist with record-keeping, spreadsheets, data entry, filing, and general office administration.
  • Help update technician job cards and workshop records accurately.
  • Support the booking of MOTs, vehicle services, and routine maintenance once trained.
  • Learn how to use the fleet management system to record vehicle defects, tyre information, and other fleet data.
  • Assist with coordinating vehicle breakdown information and passing updates to the relevant team members.
  • Support general vehicle administration and help keep records up to date.
  • Learn about HGV fleet compliance, company procedures, and industry requirements as part of your training.
  • Work closely with the workshop, transport, and administration teams to support vehicle availability and scheduling.
