Day-to-day, you will:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for our People solutions.
  • Build and manage a clear pipeline of prospects, keeping everything up to date so you can forecast with confidence.
  • Use our customer relationship management system to spot opportunities, connect with people through social selling and adapt as the market changes.
  • Support events, seminars and customer meetings, sharing ideas and delivering great experiences.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience in B2B sales or recently graduated with a keen interest in Software Sales.
  • Confidence presenting to groups in person or online.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
