The Role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated private client lawyer looking for high-quality work, genuine flexibility, and a positive working environment within a respected local firm.

You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including:

  • Wills
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Trusts

You will work closely with colleagues while also having autonomy over your own caseload, delivering high standards of client care in line with the firm’s strong reputation in the local community.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor or experienced Private Client Practitioner
  • Demonstrable experience handling a full private client caseload independently
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • A proactive and professional approach
  • STEP membership or working towards STEP qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
