Established in 1978, Payton Jewell Caines is a leading property agent in the Bridgend and Port Talbot markets. With four offices and a proactive marketing approach, our team is dedicated to delivering excellent service supported by local expertise. As Chartered Surveyors, we offer services including sales, lettings, property management, valuation reports, building surveys, rent reviews, lease renewals, and energy performance certificates.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Property Sales Agent in South Wales. The agent will manage property listings, lead a team, provide exceptional customer service, handle diary and office management, and perform administrative tasks related to property management. The role requires knowledge of residential real estate and strong client relationship skills.
