As a Senior Implementation Project Manager at Payter, you are the critical hub connecting resources to deliver complex product and customer solutions. You define project scopes, identify stakeholders, and manage end-to-end timelines, serving as the primary liaison between technical teams and business partners. Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage primarily customer focussed technical projects from initiation to closure, including creating detailed project plans, schedules.
- Define and document project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with customer and business stakeholders.
- Monitor progress against plans, manage milestones, and adjust schedules and resources as priorities or requirements change.
- Act as the main communication bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical work and explaining technical topics in business terms.
- Work within the Product Implementation team, growing your specialised Implementation Project Manager team to cope with increased demand.
