About the Role:

  • Location: Limassol, Cyprus / Remote (with periodic travel to Cyprus)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled English speaking Senior Business Development Manager to join our White Label paytech team. The successful candidate will become the key figure in developing and selling the paytech White Label solution including numerous additional services such as an orchestration platform and a payment hub. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for attracting new clients, building long-term partnerships with clients and agents, enhancing paytech presence in the industry and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate comes from a payments or white-label payment platform background, has hands-on experience in business development or sales within the payments industry, and a proven record of building and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence in complex, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the partner network by attracting new clients and strengthening the company’s market position;
  • Leverage a strong personal network in payments and fintech to accelerate growth and unlock high-value opportunities;
  • Manage deals at all stages of the sales process – from initial contact to contract closure – consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs;
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner and helping optimise their payment processes;
  • Take ownership of complex and high-value deals, leading key negotiations and client interactions;
  • Contribute to the improvement of sales processes and overall commercial strategy;
  • Maintain a strong focus on client success and long-term partnership development;
  • Represent paytech at industry events and conferences, building brand visibility and credibility;
  • Work with an ambitious and strategic approach to support the company’s leadership in the paytech sector.

Requirements:

  • Industry Knowledge: Minimum 3 years of experience in payments or fintech, with a solid understanding of payment gateways, payment institutions, or related solutions. Experience in B2B SaaS companies is a plus;
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in business development or sales, consistently achieving or exceeding KPIs and driving revenue growth;
  • Strategic Deal Management Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of presenting effectively at all levels, including C-suite audiences. Russian language skills are desirable but not required;
  • Networking: Able to represent paytech at industry events and build high-value relationships;
  • Operational Discipline: Highly organized, data-driven, and capable of working efficiently in fast-paced, dynamic environments;
  • Client-Oriented Mindset: Focused on client success and long-term business impact, acting as a trusted partner to optimize clients’ payment processes;
