PayStream Accounting Services Limited are looking to enhance our Sales Team and have an opening for a Client Relationship Manager who will be based in our Altrincham office. The basic salary for this role is Β£30,000, plus commission. Expected OTE for this role is Β£45,000. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30. Hybrid working on offer subject to training/probation.

To be successful in this role you will be someone who has strong sales experience and can develop relationships that deliver profitable business and enhance our already well-established reputation with recruitment agencies. You will be building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.

The Role:

  • To make a minimum of 30 outbound calls per day and a minimum of 2 hours talk time per day.
  • Generate referrals from existing PayStream clients by telephone, email, LinkedIn and face-to-face-based activity.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of warm clients, building on established relationships and maximise current opportunities and identify new ones.
  • Take ownership of ongoing client relationships.
