We currently have an open role for a Contractor Experience Senior to join our team in Altrincham. The salary for this role is £32,000 plus commission. OTE is £65,000. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.
The Role:
- Calling and speaking to current customers
- Liaising with customers by phone and email
- Recognising if they may benefit from our optional extras
- Working to a one call resolution approach
- Maintaining and updating information
