PayStream Accounting Services Limited are looking to enhance our Sales Team and have an opening for a Client Relationship Manager who will be based in our Altrincham office. The basic salary for this role is £30,000, plus commission. Expected OTE for this role is £45,000. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30. Hybrid working on offer subject to training/probation.
To be successful in this role you will be someone who has strong sales experience and can develop relationships that deliver profitable business and enhance our already well-established reputation with recruitment agencies. You will be building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
The Role:
- To make a minimum of 30 outbound calls per day and a minimum of 2 hours talk time per day
- Generate referrals from existing PayStream clients by telephone, email, LinkedIn and face-to-face-based activity
- Manage and grow a portfolio of warm clients, building on established relationships and maximise current opportunities and identify new ones
- Take ownership of ongoing account management, ensuring a consistently high level of customer service and client satisfaction
- Attend offsite client meetings and hospitality events to strengthen relationships and support business development
- To work to a strategy for new business development and account growth with the Key Account Director
- Profile existing accounts to understand any cross and upsell opportunities
- Develop understanding of client requirements to design and implement effective commercial strategies and key drivers that support business growth
- Monitor account performance, using insights and data to identify trends, inform strategy and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
- Extensive B2B sales experience, ideally within a field sales role
- Track record of working towards sales KPIs including calls
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Strong industry knowledge (payroll, umbrella or finance), or come from a recruitment background
