About The Role: We’re hiring a User Acquisition Manager to help build and scale Paysend’s new user growth engine across paid social, affiliate networks, mobile partners, and emerging acquisition channels. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can set direction, make smart trade-offs, and drive execution. You will own the strategy and performance of key user acquisition channels, with a clear focus on growing new MAU, improving acquisition efficiency, and building the systems that allow paid growth to scale across regions.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and deeply hands-on: a paid social expert who understands that creative is the most important lever in paid social performance, and an affiliate growth operator who knows how to source, evaluate, negotiate, launch, and scale high-quality affiliate and mobile partner traffic. You should know how to craft winning creative angles, hooks, scripts, UGC briefs, formats, and testing plans, while also building partner pipelines, managing commercial terms, protecting traffic quality, and turning performance data into growth decisions.

You will play a key role in helping Paysend acquire more high-quality users across global corridors, with equal emphasis on paid social, affiliate networks, mobile partnerships, and creative-led performance marketing.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Own and scale user acquisition across key paid channels, with equal focus on paid social, affiliate networks, and mobile partners.
  • Lead paid social strategy and execution across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant social channels, with full accountability for new MAU growth, efficiency, and performance.
  • Own affiliate network and mobile partner strategy end-to-end: source new partners, assess traffic quality, negotiate commercial models, launch tests, monitor performance, and scale partners that deliver high-quality new MAU.
  • Build and manage relationships with affiliate networks, mobile ad networks, app partners, publishers, comparison sites, influencer affiliates, and performance partners, ensuring traffic quality, compliance, commercial discipline, and scalable new user growth.
  • Identify, test, and scale new acquisition opportunities across paid social, affiliate channels, mobile partners, influencer/creator-led performance, and emerging platforms.
  • Own paid social creative strategy end-to-end: identify winning angles, define hooks, shape scripts and storyboards, guide UGC briefs, review edits, and decide which concepts to test, iterate, or scale.
  • Partner closely with UGC creators, agencies, affiliate partners, publishers, mobile networks, and internal teams to turn customer insights, corridor needs, product benefits, and competitor signals into acquisition assets that win attention and convert.
  • Create structured testing frameworks across audiences, hooks, formats, messaging, localization, creators, landing flows, affiliate partners, mobile partners, commission models, and channels.
  • Act as the in-house paid social creative lead, with deep understanding of how platform algorithms, audiences, placements, bidding, and creative signals interact to drive performance.
  • Build repeatable operating systems for both paid social creative and affiliate growth, including creative briefs, creator selection, partner onboarding, traffic quality checks, production cadence, test design, performance readouts, learnings, and scale decisions.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including new MAU, CPA, CAC, activation rate, LTV, CTR, CVR, ROAS, retention, payback, partner-level ROI, approval rates, fraud indicators, and traffic quality.
  • Analyze performance data to identify clear optimization actions, partner opportunities, channel opportunities, and budget trade-offs.
  • Own budget planning, pacing, forecasting, partner commercial planning, and performance reporting for core user acquisition channels.
  • Work closely with Analytics, Product, CRM, Brand, Compliance, and Regional teams to improve tracking, attribution, partner governance, onboarding, activation, and full-funnel performance.
  • Support corridor-level growth by adapting paid social and affiliate strategies to local market dynamics, customer behavior, partner availability, and regional opportunities.
  • Provide clear, actionable updates to leadership on paid social performance, affiliate partner performance, traffic quality, learnings, risks, and growth opportunities.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful In This Role:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or growth marketing, ideally in a mobile-first consumer business.
  • Paid social expert with strong hands-on experience scaling Meta and/or TikTok campaigns, including creative testing.
