About The Role: Paysend is a global fintech company reshaping international money transfers. With over 10 million customers worldwide, Paysend enables fast, secure, and low‑cost remittances to more than 170 countries. We’re now focusing on engaging Indian communities across the UK and EU to help them send money home more affordably and conveniently.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Build relationships with Indian associations, professional networks, student bodies, and cultural groups in the UK & EU.
  • Engage with high‑density Indian hubs (London, Leicester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds, Edinburgh).
  • Promote referral campaigns and structured adoption programs within diaspora clusters.
  • Create localized content aligned with the India narrative (“Maximise Every Rupee”, UPI speed, fixed‑fee transparency).
  • Build and manage presence in community WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn groups, Telegram channels, and diaspora forums.
  • Partner with Indian business owners (retail stores, grocery chains, telecom shops, travel agencies) for offline activation.
  • Collect structured feedback from the community and share insights with Product & Growth teams.
  • Support new users in onboarding and first‑transfer completion.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful In This Role:

  • Fluent in English and Hindi + at least one Indian regional language (Punjabi / Gujarati / Tamil preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Indian diaspora dynamics in the UK & EU.
  • Experience in community management, grassroots marketing, or diaspora engagement.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - able to build networks from scratch.
  • Comfortable working independently and reporting measurable outcomes.
