What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer growth and contribute to overall business goals and account-specific growth objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation by continuously improving products, processes, and systems while deeply understanding customer needs related to our products.
- Develop strategic and collaborative relationships with clients to support growth and increase longâterm engagement.
- Collaborate closely with sales, client success and delivery teams to facilitate smooth customer launches and ramping.
- Monitor service performance, promptly addressing and managing customer escalations.
- Engage with senior leaders at both prospective and existing clients to cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide effective reporting and data analysis to crossâfunctional teams and leadership, ensuring a clear assessment of client health and performance.
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence internal stakeholders, promoting a customerâcentric culture within the organization.

What You'll Need To Be Successful In This Role:
