We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic FP&A team. This role will play a critical part in financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering, while also supporting the company’s fundraising and investor-related initiatives.

This role requires strong financial modeling skills, experience supporting fundraising or valuation-related activities, and the ability to communicate clearly with senior leadership and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Financial Planning, Modeling & Forecasting: Develop, maintain, and enhance integrated financial models, including revenue forecasts, cost structures, headcount models, and scenario/sensitivity analysis. Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes. Support continuous improvement of FP&A models, templates, and reporting processes.
  • Fundraising / Deal Support: Support fundraising activities by preparing financial models, projections, and business case materials. Partner with senior leadership and external advisors to support investor meetings, pitch decks, and investor communications. Assist with valuation analysis, due diligence, and financial reporting related to equity and/or debt fundraising and maintain the financial section of the data room. Act as a key liaison between Finance and external stakeholders, including banks, venture capital firms, and other advisors.
  • Investor Relations: Assist in preparing and distributing periodic investor updates, financial summaries, and reports. Support the communication of financial performance and projections to investors, maintaining transparency and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Track investor expectations and feedback to align with the company’s strategic and financial goals.
  • Business Partnering & Insights: Act as a finance business partner to functional teams, supporting planning, spend tracking, and ad hoc analysis. Own headcount planning and forecasting across departments, including hiring plans, attrition, and cost implications. Serve as the finance partner to the Marketing team, supporting marketing and brand budget planning and tracking, analysis of spend effectiveness, ROI, and performance at company, market, and channel levels, and insights into marketing efficiency and optimization opportunities. Support strategic and ad hoc projects related to business performance and growth initiatives.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful In This Role

  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar roles, with at least 1-2 years of experience in valuation-related activities (e.g., corporate finance, deal & partnership management, equity, debt, or venture capital fundraising).
  • Proven experience building financial models for fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, or financing projects.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth company or startup environment is highly desirable.

Skills

  • Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis (Advanced Excel skills required).
  • Experience with investor presentations, pitch decks, and fundraising documentation.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, including sensitivity and scenario analysis.
  • Ability to synthesize complex financial data and present it clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with senior leadership, investors, and external advisors.

Key Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or/and/or professional certifications (CFA, CMA) are highly desirable.
