Whatwedo: The Product team is the conduit between various stakeholders and the software development team. We work closely with various stakeholders and software engineers to facilitate the creation of innovative product offerings which transform complex business problems into easy-to-use software solutions.

Whatyoudo : As a Product Manager II for Marketpay, you’ll own a key feature or product area and make a real impact on how our customers succeed. You’ll spend time getting to know Marketpay customers, digging into data and feedback, and keeping an eye on the competitive landscape to shape your roadmap and priorities. Working closely with Product Design and Engineering, you’ll help scope, prioritize, and deliver high-quality features on time. You’ll define success metrics, contribute to team OKRs, and share results to drive learning and improvement. Beyond launch, you’ll champion adoption, showcase new capabilities, and partner with Product Marketing to tell the story and maximize impact.

Primary Responsibilities/Day-in-the-Life:

    Manage and execute on product priorities in support of company goals

    Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and pain points to identify and fill product gaps

    Conduct research to generate new ideas to improve customer experience and drive growth

    Create prototypes of key features to gain executive and client buy-in for the product vision

    Scope and prioritize product initiatives based on business and customer impact

    Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

    Solicit customer feedback on company products and services

    Engage cross functional teams to enable and launch new features and functionality

Qualifications

    2-5 years product management experience for B2B business models

    Experience working with SaaS enterprise B2B applications

    General knowledge of HR technology preferred

    Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences

    Strong interpersonal and team building skills – ability to work with a diverse team and proven effectiveness in presenting ideas and plans clearly and confidently to all levels of management

    Strong collaboration, along with customer service acumen, analytical and problem-solving mindset

    Experience making things happen in a fast-paced dynamic environment \\

    Track record of launching successful applications preferred

    Agile process experience preferred

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $101,900 – $152,900, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of 10%. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
