Join Paysafe to work on our highly customized in-house Salesforce setup with 2500 users. You will consolidate and improve sales processes (B2B) and customer service processes (B2B and B2C) and support an ongoing org merger.

You can expand your experience as a Salesforce developer within our team, or if you have professional Java or C# experience, you can learn the specifics of the Salesforce platform on the job.

How we work:

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

The impact you will have:

  • Software development on the Salesforce platform, mostly backend using Apex (similar to Java/C#) and a few LWCs (HTML 5 and JavaScript).
  • Work in a growing development team, following our flavor of Scrum with bi-weekly releases.
  • Discuss business requirements with product owners and come up with creative solutions for users and stakeholders.
  • Work on applications for Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Compliance and other teams.
  • Configuration and maintenance of Paysafe’s Salesforce instances.
  • Take responsibility for the Salesforce implementation of major projects from start to finish, collaborating with other development teams and building solutions that will be used by hundreds of users every day.
  • Adapt complex customer service processes, consolidate merchant onboarding processes or help our Risk and Compliance team keep our business secure.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years professional experience with an object-oriented language or as a Salesforce developer
  • Working knowledge of SQL, database systems and Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
  • Independent, collaborative and proactive style of working
  • Good communicator with the ability to liaise with business stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • SFDC development experience is a great plus
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum/XP team
  • Spanish language skills
