PaySafe is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives across the Entertainment vertical. This role will focus on large-scale gaming and experiential entertainment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of digital wallets, payment processing, loyalty, and cash digitization, along with a proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships in consumer-facing, high-volume environments.

How we work:
We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office hub locations. This role can be based in London, Dublin OR Berlin office.
Impact you will have:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities that bring PaySafe’s full portfolio to life within Entertainment venues, including Digital Wallets, Global Payment Processing, Cash Digitization solutions, and Loyalty programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the entertainment ecosystem, including venue operators, promoters, ticketing platforms, gaming and leisure brands, fintechs, financial institutions, and technology partners with large consumer reach.
- Conduct ongoing market research to understand entertainment industry trends, consumer payment behaviors, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
- Partner closely with marketing, sales, product, and operational teams to align go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless execution across entertainment use cases.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close complex partnership and enterprise-level deals with entertainment clients and partners.
- Track and analyze performance of business development initiatives, pipeline health, and partner outcomes, adjusting strategy as needed to meet growth objectives.
- Represent PaySafe at entertainment, payments, fintech, and industry conferences and events to build brand presence and expand industry relationships.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all partnerships comply with applicable regulatory, licensing, and risk requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, deal progress, and forecasts.
- Actively participate in industry events, networking forums, and ecosystem discussions relevant to entertainment, live events, and consumer experiences.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree, required.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships.
- Strong strategic alliances within the payments, fintech industry is required; experience in entertainment, live events, gaming, or attractions strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated commercial experience across payments, digital wallets, financial services, marketplaces, and SaaS platforms.
- A natural networker with high energy, a self-starter mindset, strong commercial instincts, and advanced negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong project management capabilities and the ability to deliver cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Highly effective communicator and collaborator, comfortable leading both technical and commercial discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Problem-solver with intellectual curiosity and comfort navigating ambiguity across technical, operational, and commercial challenges.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional commercial, operational, and technical projects end-to-end.
- Hands-on mentality with the ability to guide platform partners and merchants through onboarding, payments, payouts, and reporting, while balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic planning and prioritization.
