This role is responsible for the strategic management, optimisation, and governance of Paysafe’s global website ecosystem across both consumer and merchant portfolios. Reporting into the Senior Director, Marketing Centre of Excellence, the Senior Manager will drive the evolution of our website experience—supporting lead generation, customer engagement, brand consistency, and digital performance. The role will lead the website strategy, oversee continuous UX and CRO improvements, and partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure our websites meet business goals while delivering an exceptional user experience. A key focus of this role is operational excellence: strengthening governance, improving performance and accessibility, ensuring compliance, and establishing data‑driven frameworks that enhance website effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Strategy & Experience Leadership: Lead the global strategy, roadmap, and management of Paysafe’s websites, ensuring alignment to commercial priorities, brand positioning, and audience needs. Oversee delivery of consistent, intuitive, and high‑performing user experiences across all website properties. Implement SEO best practices, CRO frameworks, and user experience enhancements to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion. Support major website initiatives, including redesigns, migrations, rebrands, and platform improvements in partnership with Product, UX, and IT.
  • Performance, Analytics & Optimization: Monitor website performance, KPIs, and analytics, translating insights into clear recommendations and action plans. Drive ongoing optimization of site speed, navigation, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and content architecture. Execute structured testing programs (A/B and multivariate) to improve conversion and customer journeys. Collaborate with Analytics to define dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance governance.
  • Governance, Compliance & Security: Maintain strong website governance standards, ensuring all sites comply with brand, regulatory, privacy, and accessibility requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, ADA). Oversee content workflows, approval processes, and global guidelines that ensure quality and consistency. Partner with IT and Security to safeguard website integrity, manage risk, and reduce downtime.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with SEO, Segment Marketing, Product, Brand, Analytics, Creative, Legal, and Paid Media teams to deliver integrated digital experiences. Align web content and structure with SEO strategies, messaging frameworks, and priority value propositions. Work with UX and Product teams to enhance user flows, site functionality, and overall usability.
  • Team, Vendor & Project Management: Lead and coordinate a cross‑functional team of website specialists, developers, designers, and external agencies. Oversee timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery of website‑related projects and enhancements. Manage relationships with external partners, ensuring efficient execution and high‑quality delivery.
