Our offices are currently based in St Pauls, City of London – Closest Tube stations Bank / St Pauls but this role with support flexible working.
The Marketing Cloud Solutions Expert will drive the adoption and technical integration of Marketing Cloud at Paysafe. This strategic and hands-on role requires a proactive approach to enhance our digital marketing and comms capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders
- Collaborate with technology leads and architects to assess the feasibility of initiatives.
- Design solutions based on gathered requirements and your own expertise in Marketing Cloud, in collaboration with other technical experts
- Write user stories with detailed requirements, ensuring they are ready for development
- Implement Marketing Cloud solutions, including data modeling, configuration, journey building, and performing analysis and segmentation, while excluding day-to-day operational tasks.
- Regularly update stakeholders on the Marketing Cloud vision and roadmap.
- Act as the Marketing Cloud subject matter expert, assisting partners in identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing complaints and issues, and providing effective solutions.
- Guide more junior team members in Marketing Cloud
To be successful you need to have:
- 5+ years Marketing Cloud implementation experience, with experience in integration and data management
- Experience working with agile development teams and workflows in JIRA, Confluence or similar systems.
- Exposure to MarTech solutions beyond Marketing Cloud is a great plus
- Understanding of core Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Bachelor\’s Degree.
