Key Responsibilities

- Own and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap and delivery for Paysafe Envision product application.
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and discovery through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain an outcome-driven product roadmap with defined priorities, measurable KPIs, and alignment to organisational goals.
- Gather, prioritize, and translate business and customer requirements into clear product initiatives and user stories.
- Own the external dependencies delivery relies on (e. g. data, banking-partner requirements, the wallet and card integration, etc.) and unblock them across partners.
- Act as a partner to and collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to develop scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Monitor product performance, define KPIs, and leverage data-driven insights to optimise customer experience, adoption, and business outcomes.
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and areas for innovation.

- Strong product-discovery, prioritisation and delivery skills, user-centred design principles and the judgement to sequence work around dependency risk.
- Strong experience in sports, esports, media or entertainment, building consumer-facing content or products for fans.
- Excellent strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Experience defining requirements, creating user stories, and working closely with engineering teams.
