Paysafe is seeking a Partner Manager to support and grow our partner‑led sales strategy across Europe. This role is focused on building, enabling, and expanding referral and commercial partnerships that generate qualified sales opportunities and revenue through Paysafe’s European sales organisation. The Partner Manager will work closely with regional sales, product, marketing, and operations teams to drive partner‑sourced pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and strengthen Paysafe’s presence within the European payments ecosystem. This role reports into the Partner Leadership team and plays a critical part in scaling sustainable, repeatable partner‑led growth.

How we work

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. This role can be based in our London or Dublin hub. The London office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House. The Dublin office is located in the heart of Dublin at 15 Georges Quay.

The impact you will have

  • Identify, onboard, and develop new referral and commercial partners across Europe.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing partners, driving increased pipeline contribution and revenue.
  • Enable partners to successfully position and sell Paysafe’s solutions, including card acquiring, alternative payment methods, digital wallets, and eCash products.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to qualify, progress, and close partner‑sourced opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, building trusted, long‑term relationships at both operational and senior stakeholder levels.
  • Drive partner preference for Paysafe through value‑led engagement, education, and joint planning.
  • Support joint go‑to‑market initiatives, including campaigns, events, and partner enablement activities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely Salesforce reporting for partner pipeline, forecasts, and performance.
  • Work cross‑functionally with product, marketing, technology, and operations to remove friction and deliver successful partner outcomes.
  • Represent Partners internally and Paysafe externally at relevant European industry events and partner meetings.

What we’re looking for

  • Educational degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, required.
  • 3+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development, preferably within payments or fintech.
  • Solid understanding of the payments ecosystem, including acquiring, online payments, and alternative payment methods.
  • Experience working with referral partners, system integrators, or technology partners.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, build pipeline, and support deal execution.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence and align internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations and partner proposals.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, matrixed, international environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player.
