This role will be pivotal in accelerating performance across our B2B brand portfolio as we enter an exciting and ambitious phase of expansion. The position is heavily focused on tactical, in-platform execution—hands‑on experience will be essential to delivering best‑in‑class campaigns across Meta and other leading paid social platforms.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Paid Social Manager in the day‑to‑day management and optimisation of Paid Social activity globally for our B2B brands, primarily Paysafe and Leaders Merchant Services.
- Drive new customer acquisition, lead generation and brand consideration by testing new strategies and identifying innovative opportunities to improve campaign performance.
- Lead end‑to‑end campaign execution, including audience building, creative deployment, optimisation and reporting across Meta platforms, while expanding into LinkedIn, X, TikTok and other relevant social environments.
- Closely monitor channel performance and deliver detailed forecasts, analysis and insights to key business stakeholders, including senior management.
- Work closely with the segment marketing team to ensure integrated and aligned full‑funnel marketing activity.
- Partner with Sales, Analytics and Web teams to optimise the consumer journey through continuous testing of creative, messaging, formats and landing experiences.
- Serve as an embedded channel expert within the wider business, ensuring Paid Social is represented across major campaigns, initiatives and cross‑functional briefings.
Qualifications
- Educational background in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or a related field; or additional relevant experience in lieu of education.
- 2 years of demonstrable experience managing large‑scale or multi‑market Paid Social campaigns, ideally across both direct response and brand‑building objectives.
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, with additional hands‑on experience in one or more platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, X Ads and Pinterest Ads.
- Ability to use tracking and measurement tools including Google Analytics 360 and Google Tag Manager 360.
- Experience working with both web and mobile app campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in data visualisation and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel and Looker Studio; Tableau or Power BI experience desirable.
- Ability to easily identify performance trends and provide clear, actionable insights to optimise Paid Social activity.
