Paysafe is seeking a Marketing Technology Director (MarTech) to lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of our global marketing technology ecosystem. This role owns the end‑to‑end MarTech stack, data enablement, and AI‑driven capabilities that power brand, consumer, and merchant growth. The MarTech Director ensures platforms are scalable, integrated, compliant, and value‑driven, enabling marketing teams to execute faster and smarter. This role partners closely with Operations, Data, IT, Legal, and marketing leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the global MarTech strategy aligned to brand, consumer, and merchant objectives
  • Own the full MarTech stack including Marketing Automation, CRM, CDP, Analytics, CMS, and AI tools
  • Define roadmaps, intake, prioritization, and governance for platforms and integrations
  • Ensure accurate, compliant data flows across all marketing systems
  • Own marketing data taxonomy, standards, and governance
  • Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Data teams on fintech compliance
  • Deliver executive‑ready dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Enable attribution, segmentation, and lifecycle measurement
  • Translate data into actionable insights for leadership
  • Champion an AI‑first mindset across marketing operations
  • Implement AI‑driven workflows to reduce manual effort
  • Ensure ethical and compliant AI adoption
  • Drive adoption and enablement across marketing and cross‑functional teams
  • Serve as primary MarTech partner to Marketing, Sales, Data, and IT
  • Own MarTech budget planning and optimization
  • Manage vendor performance and tool consolidation
  • Ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or additional relevant experience in lieu of education, required; MBA preferred.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in Marketing Technology or Marketing Operations
  • Deep expertise in enterprise MarTech platforms
  • Proven leadership in MarTech strategy, consolidation, and data enablement
  • Experience operating in regulated or fintech environments preferred
  • Previous team management experience preferred
