We are seeking a senior commercial leader with a proven track record of exceeding new business revenue targets in the Banking/Fintech industry to join our team as Senior Sales Manager. This role will focus primarily on expanding adoption of Paysafecash, our industry-leading cash solution for digital banks & fintechs, already implemented by Revolut, SumUp, N26, Deutsche Bank, BBVA, ING, and other financial institutions across the DACH region into EU & UK. Paysafecash is the multi-country in-app feature that enables consumers and businesses to deposit and withdraw cash through thousands of retail locations, bridging digital banking services with physical cash infrastructure and enabling banks and fintechs to extend their reach efficiently and sustainably.
This position will report to the Senior Manager Financial Services, within our Revenue organization. Please note a German native speaker, or someone who can speak German to at least C1 level, is a strong plus for this position.

How we work
We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office hub locations. This role can be based in London OR Berlin. The London office is located on Gresham Street next to St Paul’s Cathedral with easy access via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon and Mansion House. The Berlin office is located in the Bikini Berlin building near Kurfürstendamm with easy access via public transport.
The impact you will have
- Drive new revenue growth by selling Paysafecash to leading banks & fintechs in key markets in Europe (e.g. Germany/DACH, UK, Western Europe, Southern Europe, CEE).
- Build a strong network across the sector, enhancing your own reputation as a subject matter expert and developing brand awareness.
- Lead full-cycle strategic sales motions—from outbound prospecting and discovery to solution design, commercial negotiation, and contract signing—with a deep understanding of product, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Engage multi-stakeholder buying centers across product, technology, commercial, and operations leadership to drive consensus and secure long-term partnerships.
- Identify and develop long-term enterprise strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders.
- Develop compelling value propositions for financial services providers.
- Evangelize the strategic role of innovative solutions within digital banking ecosystems.
- Demonstrate and develop a comprehensive understanding of the banking sector.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
- Represent Paysafe at industry events and conferences.
- Travel within Europe when required, e.g. for client meetings or events.
- Be a team player, helping to build a fantastic team spirit and thriving, ambitious culture.
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience within the banking sector, or relevant ecosystem.
- Proven track record selling innovative solutions to financial institutions, with a highly consultative & solution-oriented approach along enterprise complex, long sales cycles through multiple stakeholders.
- Strong network within European banks, neobanks, wallets, fintechs, or payment infrastructure providers, and understanding of the sector, especially in one or more priority markets (e.g. Germany/DACH, UK).
- A highly entrepreneurial mindset with hunter mentality, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, especially for in-person meetings and proposals.
- Ability to understand complex requirements, make thoughtful recommendations, and quickly build consensus with senior level internally and externally.
- Superb organisational skills and understands the importance of accurate revenue forecasting.
- Proven ability to work/perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
