The Product Director, E-Commerce will own the vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution of the company's digital commerce product ecosystem. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving conversion and revenue, and leading cross-functional teams to build high-impact products that support long-term business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an expert in E-Commerce experiences, and a strong cross-functional leader who thrives in fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and articulate a clear, long-term product vision and strategy for the E-Commerce experience grounded in customer insights, competitive analysis, and business objectives.
  • Product Roadmap: Build and maintain an outcome-driven product roadmap with defined priorities, measurable KPIs, and alignment to organizational goals.
  • Growth & Innovation: Identify and evaluate new growth and innovation opportunities, including new channels such as mobile apps, marketplace integrations, subscriptions, and loyalty programs.
  • Product Lifecycle Leadership: Lead the full product lifecycle—from concept and requirements through development, launch, and post-launch optimization. Act as a key decision-maker evaluating business opportunities, partnerships, and integration strategies that enhance the commerce experience. Serve as the voice of both the customer and the business, ensuring that product decisions deliver meaningful user and commercial value.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration with engineering, design, operations, marketing, legal, compliance, and senior leadership to deliver high-quality digital experiences. Influence executive stakeholders with clear communication of strategies, business cases, insights, and performance outcomes. Drive alignment across teams and ensure effective prioritization, sequencing, and execution.
  • E-Commerce Experience & Performance Optimization: Champion continuous improvement across the entire digital commerce funnel. Leverage experimentation, data insights, and user research to improve conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Insights & Innovation: Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform the roadmap and accelerate innovation. Translate market dynamics and customer insights into actionable product enhancements.
  • Financial & Operational Management: Monitor and manage product budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with financial plans and ROI targets. Ensure rigorous prioritization of investments to maximize business impact and customer value.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in product management, with significant experience in E-Commerce, digital product, or related domains.
  • Proven success driving E-Commerce strategy, conversion optimization, and large-scale digital product launches.
  • Deep understanding of E-Commerce platforms, customer experience design, and conversion funnel performance.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data, experimentation, and insights to guide decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and lead in matrixed environments.
  • Experience with performance marketing, merchandising technologies, personalization engines, or checkout systems is a plus.
