As the Director, Sales Analytics at Paysafe, you will lead a team of Data analysts and data scientists focused on enabling data-driven decisions across our Sales and Relationship Management teams. Your work will inform our go-to-market strategy, deepen our understanding of merchant behaviour, and drive initiatives around acquisition, retention, and growth for our SMB segment. This role blends hands-on analytics, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to directly impact business outcomes, reporting into VP – AI and Analytics.

How we work:
We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location.The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.
The impact you will have:
- Develop AI-powered GTM strategies to boost the number of quality leads, conversion rate and scalability, specifically for SMB merchants
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on merchant attrition to provide actionable insights to reduce attrition, uncover behavioural patterns, operational triggers, and segment-level trends that inform retention strategies
- Design and lead go-to-market (GTM) analytics strategies that optimize sales funnel conversion rates for SMB merchants
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into sales performance, pipeline metrics, and funnel conversion
- Develop attrition models to identify early warning signals and drive interventions that reduce merchant churn
- Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management teams to create data-driven playbooks that enhance engagement and drive revenue outcomes
- Ensure data integrity and consistent definitions across reporting platforms to enable trusted decision-making at all levels of the organization
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of data scientists and data analysts
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages continuous learning and growth
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in sales analytics, GTM strategy, or related fields, with a strong focus on supporting SMB-focused sales teams
- Proven expertise in building and deploying predictive models and dashboards using tools like SQL, Python/R, Power BI
- Deep understanding of sales and customer lifecycle metrics, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and churn analysis
- Strong ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving change through data insights and strategic recommendations
- Experience leading a high-performing team, with excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with global payment systems, e-commerce platforms, and financial technologies preferred
