Act as a point of contact for Consumer Compliance Advisory for Digital Wallets and eCash, providing guidance on Compliance requirements. Work closely with Digital Wallets and eCash to understand their business model, software tools, and products so as to be able to advise them on how best to implement Compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify opportunities to enable our business through better and more efficient compliance with external requirements
  • Work with the Compliance Advisory team to promote best practices across the Paysafe Group
  • Review current status of compliance to external requirements in Digital Wallets and identify areas where efficiency improvements are possible
  • Provide detailed analysis of new system or processes proposed by Consumer Compliance to show impact on operations, product, and revenue
  • Coordinate and follow up on multiple tasks and projects related to Consumer Compliance
  • Work with the Director of Consumer Compliance and with the Compliance Project Manager to define projects
  • Maintain visibility of all areas of compliance within Digital Wallets and monitor implementation of projects
  • Act as liaison with PMO, Product, Risk, the Business, and other Compliance teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and delivered
  • Coordinate with Regulatory Compliance and with Card Scheme Compliance to fully understand existing and upcoming requirements and their impact on business units

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role from a bank or a regulated non-bank financial services provider preferred
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Good knowledge about how online payments work, major players, brands, etc.
  • University Degree in Politics, International Relations, Economics and any other relevant discipline
  • Experience with Excel (incl. advanced functionalities)
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills and pro-active thinking
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to meet deadlines working under pressure
