We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Manager to lead a key transformation initiative focused on the discovery, planning, migration, and cutover of legacy communications capabilities into Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced. This role owns discovery, migration planning, solution design, and cutover for customer communications currently delivered through legacy platforms. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Technology, and Architecture teams to ensure communications are transitioned into a scalable, well-governed, and brand-aligned Marketing Cloud ecosystem. This is a hands-on solution leadership role focused on transformation and migration, not day-to-day campaign execution.

What Paysafe stands for: Being open and honest. Keeping focused. Operating with Courage. Pioneering the future. Our values and culture are driven by Equality, Development, Social Responsibility and Wellbeing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Legacy Communications Discovery & Migration Planning: Lead discovery across legacy communications platforms to identify current-state journeys, templates, triggers, dependencies, integrations, and operational processes. Define the migration strategy and delivery approach for transitioning legacy communications into Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced. Assess communications for rationalisation, standardisation, redesign, and migration readiness. Ensure migration plans align with broader platform and transformation roadmaps.
  • Cutover & Transition Management: Plan and coordinate end-to-end cutovers from legacy platforms into Marketing Cloud. Manage risks, dependencies, testing, and business continuity considerations. Support go-live, hypercare, and post-migration stabilisation.
  • Solution Design & Delivery: Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into scalable solution designs and delivery-ready user stories. Collaborate with architects and technology teams to assess feasibility, data dependencies, integration requirements, and non-functional considerations. Design and implement Marketing Cloud Advanced solutions including journeys, templates, audience segmentation, data structures, and orchestration logic, while excluding day-to-day campaign operations. Ensure migrated communications are structured to support future scalability, reusability, and governance.
  • Brand Alignment & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing stakeholders to ensure all migrated communications are aligned with brand standards, tone of voice, and customer communication objectives. Act as a bridge between technical teams and marketing, helping translate business intent into practical and effective Marketing Cloud solutions. Provide clear progress updates to stakeholders on migration scope, status, risks, and delivery milestones. Contribute to the long-term Marketing Cloud roadmap and support a consistent, enterprise-wide approach to communications transformation.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the Marketing Cloud subject matter expert for legacy communications migration and transformation. Support teams in identifying opportunities to improve communication quality, operational efficiency, and platform consistency through migration. Guide more junior team members and support best-practice adoption across solution design, journey orchestration, and platform usage.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, including solution design, journey building, segmentation, content configuration, and integration with enterprise systems.
