Paysafe is seeking a Marketing Technology Director (Mar Tech) to lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of our global marketing technology ecosystem.

This role owns the end-to-end Mar Tech stack, data enablement, and AI-driven capabilities that power brand, consumer, and merchant growth.

The Mar Tech Director ensures platforms are scalable, integrated, compliant, and value-driven, enabling marketing teams to execute faster and smarter.

This role partners closely with Operations, Data, IT, Legal, and marketing leaders.

Key Responsibilities Mar Tech Strategy & Platform Ownership Own the global Mar Tech strategy aligned to brand, consumer, and merchant objectives Own the full Mar Tech stack including Marketing Automation, CRM, CDP, Analytics, CMS, and AI tools Define roadmaps, intake, prioritization, and governance for platforms and integrations Data Infrastructure, Quality & Governance Ensure accurate, compliant data flows across all marketing systems Own marketing data taxonomy, standards, and governance Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Data teams on fintech compliance Analytics, Insights & Enablement Deliver executive-ready dashboards and reporting frameworks Enable attribution, segmentation, and lifecycle measurement Translate data into actionable insights for leadership AI & Automation Leadership Champion an AI-first mindset across marketing operations Implement AI-driven workflows to reduce manual effort Ensure ethical and compliant AI adoption Cross-Functional Partnership Drive adoption and enablement across marketing and cross-functional teams Serve as primary Mar Tech partner to Marketing, Sales, Data, and ITFinancial & Vendor Management Own Mar Tech budget planning and optimization Manage vendor performance and tool consolidation Ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or additional relevant experience in lieu of education, required; MBA preferred.8–12+ years of experience in Marketing Technology or Marketing Operations Deep expertise in enterprise Mar Tech platforms Proven leadership in Mar Tech strategy, consolidation, and data enablement Experience operating in regulated or fintech environments preferred Previous team management experience preferred Professional Skills Strategic, technically fluent marketing technology leader Strong executive communication and stakeholder management Highly organized with strong governance and documentation discipline Outcome-driven with a focus on automation and scale Equal Employment Opportunity Paysafe provides equal employment opportunities to all employees, and applicants for employment, and prohibits discrimination of any type with regard to ethnicity, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other protected characteristics.
