We are partnered with a Surrey based chartered accountancy who are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager with exemplary people management skills to manage their payroll function.
Responsibilities include:
- Management of the team β conducting appraisals, 1:1s and training
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensuring payrolls are compliant with current PAYE legislation
- Payroll year end and month end procedures
- Resolving payroll queries
- Improving processes and payroll software implementation
Experience required:
- Strong people management experience
