We are partnered with a surrey based chartered accountancy who are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager with exemplary people management skills to manage their payroll function.
Responsibilities
Management of the team – conducting appraisals, 1 : 1s and training
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Ensuring payrolls are compliant with current PAYE legislation
Payroll year end and month end procedures
Resolving payroll queries
Improving processes and payroll software implementation
Experience required
Strong people management experience
Experience of processing end to end client payrolls in a bureau or accountancy environment
