The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
We are partnered with a successful and growing multinational insurance holding company. They are seeking a driven and passionate payroll professional to join their payroll department and work closely with the payroll & benefits manager & senior payroll & benefits specialist to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing for all employees.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Assisting the payroll & benefits team with outsourced processing of monthly payroll for UK and EMEA countries
- Liaise with the outsourced payroll provider β checking output provided and making corrections
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits for the UK including cycle to work, PMI, pension and season ticket loans
- Acting as a main point of contact for complex payroll & benefit queries
- Support with the administration of EMEA benefit schemes
Experience required:
- Strong UK & EMEA payroll experience
- Knowledge of statutory entitlements
- Proactive mindset and confident working autonomously
- A keenness to progress and develop payroll career
- Experience of Workday is desirable
