My client, an international employer of choice currently has an interim temporary need for a Payroll Specialist on a 2-3 Month temporary basis. You will be reporting to the Payroll Manager and working within a team of 4.
Below is a summary of the role:
- Knowledge of ADP platform SPM and an in-depth knowledge of iHCM
- Gather variables / changes / inputs and check them before entering them into the relevant platforms
- Create and maintain payroll records on iHCM
- Download and reconcile trial reports
- Arrange approval meetings / calls
- Approve the payroll on the relevant platform
- Check final reports
- Send final files to Finance
- Circulate monthly payroll dates to local People team, local Finance and People Services Advisory team
- Strive to deliver a client experience service to stakeholders at all levels (internal, external, face-to-face, via telephone, via case management tool, via email etc.)
- Ensure full compliance at all stages in all processes and services
- Promote and nurture effective communication and working relationships with all stakeholders including People Directors, People Business Partners, Centres of Excellence and People Services Subject Matter Experts
