We are partnered with a Surrey based chartered accountancy who are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager with exemplary people management skills to manage their payroll function.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the team – conducting appraisals, 1:1s and training
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensuring payrolls are compliant with current PAYE legislation
  • Payroll year end and month end procedures
  • Resolving payroll queries
  • Improving processes and payroll software implementation

Experience required:

  • Strong people management experience
  • Experience of processing end to end client payrolls in a bureau or accountancy environment
