Overview We are currently looking for a Payroll Associate to work at our client’s Reading office. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to join an extremely reputable business, where you will learn, progress and work within an excellent team.
This is a Hybrid role with 2 days a week working in the office.
Responsibilities Maintain a portfolio of client payrolls processing around 1000 headcount.
An understanding of current PAYE and NIC legislation that affects payroll.
Ensure all starters, leavers, benefits and allowances information is entered on to the Payroll database and update the relevant spreadsheet to record all entries made
Calculate leavers pay when leaving mid–month
Calculation of statutory payments
Process P45 forms
Print and sort payslips for distribution
Run payroll reports
Ensure monthly salary
