Our client based in London’s vibrant West End, are looking to recruit an experience Payroll Administrator to work in a Team processing client payrolls. THE ROLE: This is a great opportunity for a motivatedPayroll Administrator to deepen theirtechnical skills, work with a varied client portfolio and play an important part in a busy, collaborative department. You’ll work closely with our Payroll Managers and wider team, gaining hands-on experience across payroll processing, compliance and client communication, while being supported to grow your confidence and professional capability. You’ll be involved in the full payroll cycle, preparing reports, processing BACS payments, maintaining workflow status, resolving PAYE and payroll queries, and ensuring client instructions are actioned accurately and on time. You’ll also support with setting up PAYE schemes,maintaining payroll databases, keepingdocumentation organised, and helping to refine internal processes to improve efficiency. As part of the role, you’ll ensure pension auto-enrolment compliance and manage contribution uploads across multiple provider platforms.
