We’re looking for a high-energy, confident, and target-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Exel Consultancy. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoy solving client problems, and know how to close deals — this is your chance to make a big impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prospect and connect with ideal clients
• Confidently pitch and close at FD/MD/CEO level
• Manage your full sales pipeline from outreach to onboarding
• Present tailored solutions in-person and virtually
• Understand our services in detail and upsell/cross-sell
• Build long-term relationships with clients and recruitment agencies
• Support clients’ growth goals with strategic consultation
• Use data to inform sales decisions and refine your pitch

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven cold calling and high-volume sales experience
• Familiarity with recruitment, umbrella companies, and outsourced payroll (preferred)
• Creative, problem-solving mindset with initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Self-motivated, confident, and driven to exceed targets
• A team player with a strong desire to grow professionally
