We’re looking for a Quality, Compliance & Training Manager to establish and lead our Centre of Excellence — setting the foundation for operational consistency, compliance, and global workforce enablement.
About the Role
As the Quality, Compliance & Training Manager, you will sit at the intersection of operational standards, documentation, training, and global scalability . You’ll create structured systems to ensure we deliver value across our growing group of businesses — both in the UK and internationally.
You’ll lead the development of:
- Company-wide SOPs and documentation standards
- A scalable Training Academy for UK and global teams
- Integrated compliance and quality systems
- Support functions for M&A integrations , public sector tenders , and international expansion
Key Responsibilities
Centre of Excellence:
- Build and lead a CoE to define, embed, and manage SOPs, templates, policies, and frameworks
- Standardise processes across departments and acquired businesses
- Review and approve business-critical documentation
- Train teams on documentation and compliance best practices
Training Academy:
- Launch a modular, role-based Training Academy for local and international onboarding
- Design e-learning, workshops, and upskilling programmes
- Track training outcomes and collaborate on workforce development
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Own internal compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO, CQC, etc.)
- Maintain the compliance calendar, conduct audits, and lead incident responses
- Embed QA and compliance across operational processes
Contract & Tender Support:
- Review SLAs, contracts, and tender documents
- Lead or support bid writing for public sector contracts
- Build a central library of bid assets and compliance materials
Social Value, ESG & Recruitment:
- Support ESG integration into HR, recruitment, and community initiatives
- Assist in UK and international recruitment systems and induction materials
- Champion internal culture, accountability, and values-led delivery
About You
- You’re experienced in L&D, operational quality, documentation governance, and compliance
- You bring a systems mindset and a deep appreciation for scalable processes
- You enjoy working cross-functionally, driving change, and leading from the front
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Business, Operations, HR, Education, or Compliance
- Certifications such as CIPD, Lean Six Sigma, ISO, PRINCE2 are highly desirable
- Strong background in:
- Quality and compliance management
- Training and onboarding design
- Public sector contracts or bid writing
- ESG, social value, and global workforce development
