What You’ll Own
- Technology Strategy & Innovation: Define and execute cross-business tech roadmaps aligned with regulatory and commercial goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of 5+ across IT and development. Recruit, mentor, and collaborate with a new Product Manager.
- IT Operations & MSP Setup: Oversee onboarding, systems, infrastructure, and helpdesk. Implement ITSM tools and automation (e.g., n8n).
- Software Development Oversight: Guide product delivery using Python, JavaScript, and CI/CD pipelines. Deliver secure, scalable solutions for government clients.
- Cloud & Compliance Leadership: Lead ISO (27001, 9001, 20000), Cyber Essentials, GDPR, and manage AWS/Microsoft/Google partnership journeys.
We’re Looking For
- 8+ years in IT/Tech with at least 3 in leadership
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or MSP environments
- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and automation tools like n8n
- Proven ability to manage hybrid technical teams and scale operations
- Familiarity with ISO accreditations, cloud certifications, and ITSM systems
Nice to Have:
- AWS/Azure/GCP certifications
- Public sector or government client experience
- Knowledge of tools like NinjaOne, Autotask, or ConnectWise
